- Plaster for elevation 1’, 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 & 8 except 4 were completed.
3. External GRC:
- GRC features at elevation 1, 2, 3 & 7 were completed and for 5, 8 and 1’ are going on.
4. Paint:
4.1 Internal Paint:
- Completed floor and wall except final coat. Overall 90% was completed at basement.
- Completed 50% for wall at ground floor.
- Completed 80% at first floor.
- Completed 75% at second floor
- Completed 70% at third floor
- Completed 70% at fourth floor
4.2 External Paint:
- Elevations 1, 2, 3 and 7 were completed. Primer, texture and first coat of paints for elevation 1’, 5, 6 and 8 were completed.
5. Tiles:
5.1 Wet area (Kitchen & bathroom):
- Wall and floor tiles about 90% were completed at first floor.
- Wall & floor tiles about 90% were completed at second floor
- Wall tiles about 90% were completed at third floor
- Wall tiles about 90% were completed at fourth floor
5.2 Vitrified floor tiles (Master and Bed Rooms):
- Completed 95% at first floor.
- Completed 95% at second floor.
- Completed 95% at third floor.
- Completed 55% at fourth floor.
5.3 floor tiles for balcony:
- Completed 80% at 1st and 2nd floor.
- Completed 60% at 3rd and 4th floor.
5.4 corridor wall and floor tiles:
- Completed 80% at 1st and 70% at 2nd floor.

10.5 Electrical:
10.5.1 Power:

10.7 Low current (CCTV, Gate barrier, security etc.):
- Completed CCTV 95% at basement and gate barrier yet to commence.
11. Utilities status:
11.1 Power and water:
- Paid the estimate of power supply and DEWA installed the transformer in PR1. Transformer for PR2 is expected by end of July 10.
- Obtained estimate for water supply and will be paid to DEWA in a week.
11.2 Drainage / Sewerage:
- Approval of ‘As built drawings’ for FIC and existing HIC connection a detail with the levels was received from Nakheel.
- Submitted the application for the estimate for the connection from Nakheel.
11.3 Telephone:
- After completing the works, the inspection request will be submitted to DU. On acceptance of DU, they will install their panels and carry out the testing and commissioning of telephone line.
12. GREEN BUILDING FACILITY:
- Our consultant MECSD is targeting 32 and above points in order to get silver certification from USGBC (LEED).
- Meeting with EHS for fulfilling the target points for BCC was held recently.
- USGBC (LEED) will evaluate all the credit points uploaded on their website by the consultant and will advise accordingly. Their reps will be visiting the site to ensure the works done as per their codes and practice.
- Prime Residency will be the only building in International City which will have USGBC (LEED) certification for green building.
- Green building facility will help the building to be environment friendly and energy efficient.
